Metastatic Breast Cancer Access to Care Act

This bill would make people with metastatic breast cancer get their Social Security disability payments and Medicare health insurance faster. Right now, people usually have to wait 5 months to start getting disability payments and then wait another 24 months to get Medicare. This bill would remove both waiting periods for people whose breast cancer has spread to other parts of their body.
