Lulu’s Law

This bill would require the Federal Communications Commission to make a rule that allows wireless emergency alerts to be sent to mobile phones when there is a shark attack. Right now, government authorities can already send emergency alerts to phones for things like bad weather, missing children, and other dangers to people or property.
