No Budget, No Pay Act

This bill would stop paying members of Congress if their chamber (House or Senate) doesn't pass a budget resolution by April 15, which is the required deadline. Their pay would be held back starting April 16 until either their chamber passes a budget resolution or the current Congress ends.
