DHS Intelligence Rotational Assignment Program and Law Enforcement Support Act

This bill requires all parts of the Department of Homeland Security's intelligence system to join a program run by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. The program lets federal intelligence workers gain experience by working at different intelligence agencies or in different jobs within their own agency for up to three years. The Department of Homeland Security's intelligence system includes the main intelligence office and intelligence parts of nine other organizations like the Transportation Security Administration, Coast Guard, and Customs and Border Protection.
