Salem Maritime National Historical Park Redesignation and Boundary Study Act

This bill changes the name of the Salem Maritime National Historic Site in Massachusetts to the Salem Maritime National Historical Park. It also requires the Department of the Interior to study whether nearby sites related to maritime history, coastal defenses, and military history should be added to the park as part of the National Park System. The department would then have to report on whether including those additional sites makes sense and is doable.
