Airmen Certificate Accessibility Act

Right now, pilots are required to carry physical, paper copies of their certificates — like their pilot's license and medical certificate — and show them to FAA inspectors or law enforcement when asked. This bill would allow pilots to show a digital copy of those certificates on a phone, tablet, or through cloud storage instead of needing the paper original. The FAA would be required to update its rules to make this change official.
