Quinault Indian Nation Land Transfer Act

This bill transfers about 72 acres of land in Washington from the U.S. Forest Service to the Department of the Interior. The Interior Department must then hold this land in trust for the Quinault Indian Nation, making it part of their reservation. The bill does not allow gambling on this land and requires the Interior Department to disclose any dangerous substances on the property before taking it into trust, but does not require them to clean up those substances.
