Maritime Supply Chain Security Act

This bill lets the Maritime Administration give grants to upgrade or replace port cranes that are maintained, installed, provided, controlled, or sponsored by China or its government agencies. The grant money can be used to upgrade or replace the hardware or software of these port cranes. These grants are part of a program that funds projects to improve how safely, efficiently, or reliably goods move through U.S. ports.
