MANAGER Act

This bill requires federal agencies to survey their managers every year and post the results on their websites. The survey must ask about employee performance and the disciplinary system, plus other topics that are already covered in the current annual employee survey. The Office of Personnel Management will create standard questions that all agencies must use. Agencies can choose not to post results only if the agency head decides it would harm national security.
