Veterans Mental Health and Addiction Therapy Quality of Care Act

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to work with an independent organization to study how the quality of mental health and addiction therapy care at VA facilities compares to care from non-VA providers. The study must look at different types of treatment methods. The organization conducting the study must make its findings available to the public.
