Grant Integrity and Border Security Act

This bill requires people applying for federal grants to promise they have not violated laws about bringing unauthorized immigrants into the United States or hiding them from authorities in the past 10 years, are not doing so now, and will not do so while receiving the grant. If a government agency determines someone receiving a grant has broken these rules, the agency must stop giving them grant money. The Department of Justice must report to the Office of Management and Budget when people are convicted of these violations or when Justice believes someone likely committed these violations.
