NTIA Reauthorization Act of 2025

This bill extends funding for the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) through 2026 and changes some job titles within the agency. The head of NTIA would be promoted from Assistant Secretary to Under Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information, and the deputy would also get a higher title. The bill officially recognizes two offices that already exist within NTIA and removes some old reporting requirements while combining others into one yearly report to Congress.
