Dairy Nutrition Incentive Program Act of 2025

This bill tells the Department of Agriculture to create a new program that gives SNAP food stamp recipients extra money or discounts when they buy dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese made from cow's milk. The program will work by giving grants to state and local governments and nonprofit groups to run these incentive projects. The Department of Agriculture must study how well these incentives work to get SNAP recipients to buy more dairy products. The bill also ends an existing similar program called Healthy Fluid Milk Incentives after moving its projects to this new program.
