This bill requires a congressional committee to hire someone to make a statue of Benjamin Franklin and put it in the U.S. Capitol building. The statue must be placed in a public area where people can see it during Capitol tours. The contract to make the statue must be signed by December 31, 2025, and the statue must be installed by December 31, 2026.
