Secure Our Ports Act of 2025

This bill would stop owners and operators of certain U.S. port facilities from making contracts with companies that are partly or completely owned by China, Iran, North Korea, or Russia. The rule applies to ports in areas that have extra security requirements, including the need for special transportation security plans.
