American Science First Act

This bill stops the National Science Foundation from giving grants or other help to certain foreign people and organizations. The NSF cannot support anyone who has connections to entities on government lists that include foreign companies with export restrictions, Chinese military companies operating in the United States, or any parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates of these entities.
