No Tax Dollars for Terrorists Act

This bill requires the State Department to create a plan to stop foreign countries and organizations from giving money or materials to the Taliban. The State Department can use U.S. foreign aid as a way to discourage this support. The bill also requires the State Department to report to Congress about which countries and groups have supported the Taliban, what the U.S. is doing to stop it, U.S. cash assistance programs in Afghanistan, and information about Afghanistan's central bank and a fund called the Afghan Fund.
