Protecting Options for Seniors Act of 2025

This bill changes how Medicare Advantage plans get paid in certain areas. If the average hospital wages in an area go up by more than 20% compared to the year before, the payments to Medicare Advantage plans in that area would also go up. The size of the payment increase would be based on how much hospital wages rose and how much of the plan's payments come from that area.
