Federal Firearm Licensee Act

This bill creates new rules for businesses that are licensed by the federal government to sell guns. These businesses would have to make security plans, check their gun inventory every three months, install video cameras where guns are sold, and do background checks on their employees. They would also have to report lost or stolen guns to federal authorities and tell the government when they sell guns to people whose background checks aren't finished yet. The bill gives more power to the federal agency that oversees gun laws, including allowing them to inspect gun businesses more often and hire 650 more investigators.
