Train EATS Act

This bill requires Amtrak to provide dining services on overnight train routes. Amtrak must offer traditional table service when possible and also provide a cheaper food option. If there are empty seats in the dining car after first-class and business-class passengers are served, coach passengers can pay to use those seats. Amtrak must also include healthy meal choices and let passengers order meals ahead of time that meet their dietary needs.
