Haiti Criminal Collusion Transparency Act of 2025

This bill requires the President to put sanctions on foreign people and groups that work with or have close ties to major criminal gangs in Haiti. The State Department must regularly send reports to Congress about connections between criminal gangs and powerful political and business leaders in Haiti. These reports must list the main criminal gangs and their leaders, plus Haitian political and business elites who are directly linked to these gangs. The President must then impose visa bans and freeze the assets of the people and groups on these lists. The bill also sets penalties for anyone who breaks these sanction rules.
