To authorize the waiver of costs of activities relating to evacuation of United States citizens when their lives are endangered by war or acts of terrorism.

This bill lets the Department of State forgive the costs that U.S. citizens would normally have to pay back if the government helped evacuate them from another country during a war or terrorist attack.
