Defund Planned Parenthood Act of 2025

This bill would stop the federal government from giving money to Planned Parenthood and its clinics for one year, unless they promise not to perform abortions or give money to other groups that perform abortions. The ban would not apply to abortions in cases of rape, incest, or when the woman's life is in danger. If Planned Parenthood doesn't make this promise, the government would take back any federal money already given to them. The bill would also provide extra funding to community health centers during this same year, with the same abortion-related rules.
