Ending Improper Payments to Deceased People Act

This bill makes it so the Department of the Treasury can permanently access death records kept by the Social Security Administration. The goal is to help the government identify and stop improper payments, such as payments being sent to people who have already died. Under current law, the Social Security Administration is only required to share these death records with Treasury's "Do Not Pay" system for three years, but this bill removes that time limit and makes the sharing permanent.
