Protecting Our Supreme Court Justices Act of 2025

This bill increases the maximum prison sentence for protesting or marching near a courthouse or the home of a judge, juror, witness, or court officer when the purpose is to interfere with or influence their work. Under current law, the maximum penalty for this offense is one year in prison, and this bill would raise that maximum to five years.
