Sunset Chevron Act

This bill requires the Government Accountability Office to create a list of federal agency rules that courts previously upheld using something called "Chevron deference," which the Supreme Court recently overturned. The list must include sunset dates when these rules will automatically expire, starting 30 days after the list is published for the most recent rule from each agency, with older rules expiring 30 days apart in sequence. Congress can also disapprove any of these listed rules through a special process without the usual time limits.
