Medicare Enrollment Protection Act of 2025

This bill creates a special time period when people can sign up for Medicare medical benefits if they have COBRA health insurance when they become eligible for Medicare. People can use this special enrollment period during any month they have COBRA coverage or up to three months after their COBRA coverage ends. Each person can only use this special enrollment period once in their lifetime.
