Ensuring Safer Schools Act of 2025

This bill would let schools use money from a federal policing grant program to hire and train military veterans and retired police officers to work as security officers in schools. It also requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to work with the grant program to help veterans who want these school security jobs connect with local police departments that partner with schools.
