Abortion Funding Awareness Act of 2025

This bill requires states to create yearly reports if they use federal Medicaid money to pay abortion providers for any medical services. States must send these reports to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and post them on their state websites. The reports must include information like how many abortions the providers performed and at what stage of pregnancy each abortion happened.
