Retirement Freedom Act

This bill would let people choose to stop getting Medicare hospital benefits without having to give up their Social Security benefits. Currently, people cannot do this. The bill would also let people who opt out choose to get Medicare hospital benefits again later without paying a penalty, and they wouldn't have to pay back any Medicare hospital benefits they already received.
