Closing the Bump Stock Loophole Act of 2025

This bill would make it illegal to import, sell, make, give, receive, or own devices like bump stocks that are designed to make semiautomatic guns fire faster. It also covers any parts or modifications that increase a gun's firing speed or make it work more like a machine gun. On top of that, the bill would add semiautomatic guns that have been modified to fire much faster to a list of firearms that are subject to extra federal regulations.
