DRIVE Act

This bill stops the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration from making rules that would require large trucks over 26,000 pounds to have speed limiting devices when they drive between states. Speed limiting devices would set a maximum speed that these trucks could travel. The agency had been considering making such a rule.
