Vote at Home Act of 2025

This bill would require states to allow all registered voters to vote by mail in federal elections without extra conditions, except states can set deadlines for requesting and returning ballots. States would have to mail ballots to registered voters at least two weeks before federal elections. The U.S. Postal Service would have to deliver these ballots quickly and without charging postage. The bill also creates automatic voter registration through state motor vehicle departments.
