No Visas for Anti-Semitic Students Act

This bill would allow the government to take away or refuse to give a student visa to a foreign student who takes part in certain anti-Semitic actions. These actions include physically hurting, vandalizing, or harassing Jewish people, their property, community buildings, or religious sites with the intent to scare or harm them because they are Jewish. It also covers anyone who knowingly helps support those kinds of activities. The Department of State would need to decide that the person's actions could cause serious problems for U.S. foreign policy.
