Continental Divide National Scenic Trail Completion Act

This bill requires the Department of Agriculture and the Department of the Interior to work together to finish building the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail within 10 years. They must create a joint team from the Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management to help get the trail completed, and the Department of Agriculture must put together a full development plan for the trail within three years. The bill also calls on both departments to partner with volunteer and nonprofit groups to help finish and manage the trail.
