Anti-Racism in Public Health Act of 2025

This bill would create a new center within the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) focused on studying racism and how it affects people's health. The new center would officially declare racism a public health crisis, collect and study data, and run research and grant programs. The bill would also set up a program within the CDC to research law enforcement violence and its effects on public health, working together with the Department of Justice and other groups.
