Justice for 9/11 Act

This bill sets rules for three specific individuals connected to the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack. It says that any plea deals they make cannot prevent them from being tried for the attack, and the death penalty must be an option in their trials. If sentenced, these three men must be kept in solitary confinement at Guantanamo Bay, cannot have contact with foreign nationals or receive psychological treatment unless approved by Guantanamo medical staff, and cannot be moved to the United States or any other country.
