Time to Choose Act of 2025

This bill would stop the federal government from hiring consulting companies that also do consulting work for certain foreign governments or groups considered threats, including the governments of China and Russia, the Chinese Communist Party, the Chinese military, countries that support terrorism, and other entities on specific government watch lists. However, a government agency can make an exception if the work is important for national security and no other company without a conflict of interest is available to do the job.
