Transparency of Migration Act

This bill requires the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services to publish information online about people who are in the United States illegally. The information must cover people who are caught by border agents and either sent to detention centers or released into the country, as well as people processed through health department facilities. The agencies must update this information every week and include daily numbers, which countries people are from, and other details.
