TRANSPORT Jobs Act

This bill requires the Department of Transportation to create a public plan called the Veteran to Supply Chain Employee Action Plan. The plan must identify problems that veterans and military members face when looking for jobs or training in the supply chain industry, as well as challenges that supply chain employers have when trying to hire veterans. The plan must also suggest specific actions that government departments can take to help veterans and military members get jobs in the supply chain field.
