To direct the United States Postal Service to designate single, unique ZIP Codes for certain communities, and for other purposes.

This bill requires the U.S. Postal Service to give each of 74 specific communities their own unique ZIP code. These communities are located across many different states including California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, and others. Currently, these communities do not have their own ZIP codes.
