POLICE Act of 2025

This bill makes it so that non-U.S. citizens who are convicted of or admit to assaulting a law enforcement officer, firefighter, or other first responder can be deported from the United States. The Department of Homeland Security must publish a report each year on its website showing how many people were deported under this law.
