Restoring Fuel Market Freedom Act of 2025

This bill would get rid of several federal tax credits that give money back to businesses for producing or selling certain types of fuel, including clean fuels, biofuels, biodiesel, sustainable aviation fuel, and fuel mixtures made with alcohol or alternative fuels. It would also remove rules that let people get refunds on certain fuel taxes when those fuels were used for purposes that aren't normally taxed. The bill is called the Restoring Fuel Market Freedom Act of 2025.
