Ensuring Community Access to Pharmacist Services Act

This bill would make it so Medicare permanently covers certain testing and treatment services provided by pharmacists for conditions like COVID-19, the flu, RSV, and strep throat. It would also allow pharmacists to provide similar services during declared public health emergencies. These types of services were temporarily allowed during the COVID-19 emergency, and this bill would make them permanent. All services would still need to follow each state's rules about what pharmacists are allowed to do.
