To amend the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act to reauthorize the National Volcano Early Warning and Monitoring System.

This bill extends funding through the year 2030 for a system run by the U.S. Geological Survey that watches for and monitors volcanic activity across the country. The system includes a network of monitoring equipment, volcano observatories, a national data center, and grants for outside research, and it is run together with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
