FLY Act

The Fast Lane for Youths Act directs the Federal Aviation Administration and Transportation Security Administration to let parents, guardians, and caregivers who have TSA PreCheck take minors and passengers who need help through the faster security lines at airports. The agencies must work together to create a system that gives these adults up to two gate passes so they can accompany these passengers to their flights more easily.
