Restroom Access Act of 2025

This bill would require businesses to let customers use their private (non-public) restrooms if the customer has a qualifying medical condition, like inflammatory bowel disease, that makes them need a restroom right away. Certain other conditions would also have to be met. The Department of Labor would be responsible for creating a system of ID cards that customers with these medical conditions could show to businesses to prove they qualify.
