Disabled Veterans Tax Termination Act

This bill would allow some disabled veterans to receive both their military retirement pay and disability compensation at the same time. Currently, veterans with service-connected disabilities of less than 50% cannot receive both payments together. The bill would also let some disability retirees with fewer than 20 years of service receive both types of payments, though their retirement pay might be reduced.
