Improving Access to Small Business Information Act

This bill changes rules for how the Office of the Advocate for Small Business Capital Formation at the Securities and Exchange Commission collects information from people. The office will no longer have to follow all the usual government procedures required by the Paperwork Reduction Act when gathering information from the public. However, the office must still tell people why it is collecting their information, as current law requires.
