Improving Training for School Food Service Workers Act of 2025

This bill changes the rules for training that the Department of Agriculture provides to school food service workers. The training must be scheduled during regular work hours when workers are getting paid, provided for free, and offered in-person when appropriate. If training happens outside of work hours, workers must be told why it's necessary, asked about scheduling, and paid for attending. Workers cannot be punished for not going to training that happens outside their regular work hours.
